Regulations on Financial Ombudsman Scheme
Bank Negara Malaysia wishes to announce that the Financial Services (Financial Ombudsman Scheme) Regulations 2015 and Islamic Financial Services (Financial Ombudsman Scheme) Regulations 2015 (the Regulations) came into force on 14 September 2015.
